Mercury Managed Services Lowers TCO for Implementing Mercury Quality Center and Mercury IT Governance Center

To meet customer demand, Mercury Managed Services has introduced two new offerings designed to lower the total cost of ownership (TCO) with Mercury Quality Center™ and Mercury IT Governance Center™ experience.
Mercury Quality Center Mercury Managed Services has long been known to provide a high availability deployment and lower total cost of ownership for Mercury Business Availability Center. Mercury customers are now able to take advantage of these same benefits for Mercury Quality Center.
High availability deployment is especially important as customers migrate from Mercury TestDirector® to Mercury Quality Center. When upgrading, you may be expanding to support new development or testing teams. It is therefore critical that Mercury Quality Center always be available, and that your teams have access to 24x7 support. Mercury Managed Services provides just that. And because Mercury Managed Services takes care of all the day-to-day system administration, you are able to concentrate on improving the quality of your applications rather than supporting the product.
One particular Managed Service customer is supporting hundreds of users for Mercury Quality Center, located in multiple locations around the globe. The ongoing mentoring available through Mercury Managed Services ensures that all their teams are able to take full advantage of the product, further improving their efficiency and lowering the total cost of quality.
Mercury IT Governance Center Mercury Managed Services now offers a fully managed version of Mercury IT Governance Center. This combines our existing hosted Internet service with ongoing expertise and assistance in maintaining and enhancing your IT Governance applications.
As part of this hosted service, Mercury Managed Services provides everything needed to ensure your application is available on a 24x7 basis – pre-deployed hardware and software, product and system administration, and round-the-clock support. In addition to providing customized configuration of Mercury IT Governance Center to match the customer's specific environment, we can help you with the ongoing configuration as your applications evolve and your usage of Mercury IT Governance Center expands. The Mercury Managed Services teams are trained in Best Practices and act as consultants, not only for the activities involved in you IT Governance deployment but also to deliver best practices-based methodologies around the domains of portfolio management, project management and the other important functions that make up our IT Governance product line.
As well as speeding up your deployment of Mercury IT Governance Center and releasing your team from the configuration and administration tasks, Mercury Managed Services actually reduces your total cost of ownership. In fact, due to the economies of scale, customers have found an overall savings of approximately 20 percent compared to a traditional in-house deployment.
